Before any refund is issued, ownership of the account must be transferred back to us, and you must provide the Super Admin login credentials while relinquishing all access to the account. 

We use Stripe as our payment processor. In the unlikely event of any issues, you have the option to escalate the matter through Stripe, which can initiate a refund process if warranted. Our Stripe account has been active for 4 years and is linked to personal information. Any unresolved complaints would result in a permanent suspension of our account, with no possibility of creating future accounts under the same identity.
