After your purchase, you will receive an email with a CNAME record to add to the domain you provide at checkout. Once Google’s servers verify your domain ownership, we will send you another email containing your admin username and password. At that point, the account is fully yours, and you can remove us from your account.
To date, we have not encountered any cases where Google has deleted these accounts, even when they were used for cold emailing. Please note that even with paid Workspace accounts, there are policies regarding the use of cold, unsolicited emails (spam). It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with Google’s policies.
We offer a full refund within 24 hours of providing you access to the account. This period allows you to verify that everything functions as described. It is your responsibility to test the account within this time frame and contact us. Before any refund is issued, ownership of the account must be transferred back to us, and you must provide the Super Admin login credentials while relinquishing all access to the account.
We use Stripe as our payment processor. In the unlikely event of any issues, you have the option to escalate the matter through Stripe, which can initiate a refund process if warranted. Our Stripe account has been active for 4 years and is linked to personal information. Any unresolved complaints would result in a permanent suspension of our account, with no possibility of creating future accounts under the same identity.
Yes, once the transfer to your domain ownership is complete, you will have full access to the Google Admin account and can remove any other administrators. You will have full ownership of the Super Admin account.
It’s important to note that all Google Workspace accounts, whether for personal or business use, are governed by Google’s Acceptable Use Policy and subject to Gmail’s sending limits. These policies are in place to protect users and ensure the integrity of the platform. According to these guidelines, sending unsolicited bulk emails, or “cold emails,” is generally prohibited and may result in penalties, such as limitations on email sending or even account suspension.
This applies universally to all Google Workspace accounts, whether on a monthly subscription or a lifetime plan marked for “personal use.”
That said, we have users who send 600k emails per month using these methods without any issues and have been doing so consistently for a long time. So far, we’ve never heard of Super Admin accounts being banned.
If you’re paranoid about data loss, you can use lifetime accounts for sending cold emails while responding from your primary paid account, which you won’t use for cold emailing. This approach helps eliminate the risk to your primary account.
If you currently have warm domains that you’ve used for cold emailing, feel free to add these domains and use them to send business cold emails and see if you get banned or not.
Each domain has its own domain reputation. If one domain’s reputation is damaged, you can pause campaigns and repair the reputation over time. Alternatively, you can simply buy a new domain, warm it up for two weeks, and continue sending emails while using other domains for cold emails.
I’ve personally seen (although very rare) paid Workspace accounts being suspended for sending cold emails. Therefore, caution is advised when using any Workspace account (monthly paid vs unpaid) for these purposes.
Yes, you can designate your existing domain as the primary domain, and you can also add up to 199 additional secondary domains if needed.
Yes, we offer unused domains with pre-enabled Google Workspace accounts. Since you’re not purchasing products directly from Google, this complies with their Terms of Service.
If your domain is currently tied to an active Google Workspace subscription, you can switch to our Google Workspace free edition using one of the following methods:
Option A: Cancel Your Current Subscription:
Option B: Domain Swap Approach: Alternatively, you can replace the domain in your existing Google Workspace account:
No, there are no monthly fees. These accounts are provided as a one-time purchase and can be used indefinitely. The only renewal needed is for the primary domain to maintain ownership.
